Position Description

INSTRUCTOR The College of Charleston Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry, located in historic Charleston, SC, invites applications for a non-tenure track instructional position to begin August 2018. The position is for a roster faculty member with salary and benefits; the new hire will be eligible for promotion to Senior Instructor after 5 years. A PhD in chemistry or related discipline is required and post-doctoral experience is preferred. The successful candidate must be able to contribute to the organic chemistry and general chemistry curriculum, and the ability to teach and contribute to inorganic chemistry curriculum is desired.
